Kedi Mobile Applications is a deep-tech startup founded by two sisters — Dr. Tuğba Önal-Süzek, an AI researcher and computer engineer, and Dr. Banu Kılıç, an orthodontist with 20+ years of clinical experience. We built Orthodontist after recognizing that a simple side-profile photo contains clues about the underlying skeletal structure often families miss — but AI can detect.
Our EU-funded project under the Horizon Women TechEU Programme via Horizon-EIE-2022-SCALEUP-02 call (selected from 467 applications) enabled us to scale this idea into a clinically meaningful solution.
Today, Orthodontist is the first mobile-only Orthodontic pre-diagnosis tool that gives users instant access to 1)free AI-based pre-diagnosis 2) an optional paid remote consultation with a licensed orthodontist directly through the mobile app, anywhere in the world!
The software is now being used globally, with downloads from 39 countries and growing, demonstrating a strong international demand for accessible, early orthodontic insight.
